Podium Club is a private, invitation-only channel. We treat your information the way we'd want ours treated — and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you request an invitation, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and the details you share about your riding and your current setup. As a member, we also process the information needed to fulfill orders — your shipping address and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

How we use it

We use this information to review membership, curate the room, notify you when drops open, fulfill and support your orders, and improve the experience. Member email and drop announcements are sent through Klaviyo.

Who we share it with

Only the partners who help us operate the channel: Shopify (storefront and checkout), Klaviyo (email), and our payment processor. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
