Podium Club drops are limited, time-boxed releases offered to members at pricing that never appears on the public web. Because of that, all sales are final.

No returns or exchanges

Once your order is placed, it can't be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. We surface size and fit guidance on every product page — please review it before you claim. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind what we ship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email members@joinpodiumclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Order changes

We're unable to modify an order once it's placed, including size or shipping-address changes. Please review everything carefully at checkout.
